Below are various forms that we would be grateful if you could complete and return to the school office by email (admin@longmarston.n-yorks.sch.uk) as soon as you can. If you have any problems accessing the forms or need them in an alternative format, please just let us know.
Also included below are other key documents for new parents/carers: information about school uniform, including an update from our uniform provider; our privacy notice; ICT guidelines; term dates for 20-21; and our prospectus, which includes a lot of information about all aspects of our school.
